Detailed Job Descriptions

1. Business Solutions Architect – Fintech

Responsibilities: Design and implement fintech solutions to enhance trade facilitation processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in fintech solution architecture.

2. Senior Business Analyst I

Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: At least 4 years in business analysis within IT projects.

3. Staff Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Support senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Experience: 2-3 years in business analysis or related roles.

4. Portfolio Manager – II

Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in project or portfolio management.

5. Principal Oracle Systems Engineer

Responsibilities: Lead the design and maintenance of Oracle systems within PSW.

6. Principal Oracle Database Administrator
